This policy explains how Partylabs, based in Indonesia, handles information when you use our website, Partylabs AI, Boxlabs, galleries, and optional Google Drive backup.
Information we use
We process account and contact details, subscription and transaction records, event information, photos, videos, GIFs, and content you submit. Technical information such as IP addresses, device information, and error logs helps us operate and protect the service. Browser storage supports login and preferences such as language.
Google Drive backup
Connecting Google Drive is optional. With your permission, we receive your Google email address, an account identifier, authorization tokens, and metadata for backup files and folders. We use the limited drive.file permission to create and manage files used by this feature, rather than requesting access to your entire Drive.
When you start a backup, we copy that event's cloud media and metadata to your Drive and keep progress records so failed transfers can resume. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. Drive access is used only to provide and support the backup feature.
How information is used and shared
We use information to deliver requested features, manage accounts and billing, provide support, and prevent abuse. Cloudflare and Supabase provide hosting, storage, and database services. Google receives files you choose to back up. Photos and prompts are sent to AI service providers when you use AI generation. Payment providers process checkout information. Public galleries can be viewed by anyone with access to their links; choose sharing settings carefully. We may disclose information when required by law. Providers may process data outside Indonesia.
Storage and security
We use encrypted connections, access controls, and server-side encryption for stored Google refresh tokens. No system can guarantee absolute security. We retain account, media, and backup records to provide the service while your account is active, and as needed for support, security, and legal obligations. You may request deletion through the contact below.
Your choices and deletion
Use Disconnect in the gallery to remove stored Google credentials and stop further backup transfers. You can also revoke Partylabs access in your Google Account connections. Disconnecting does not delete existing Drive copies, source media, or backup history. Delete Drive copies in Google Drive; delete supported event media in the gallery, or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your account and related records. We may verify ownership and retain records required by law.
Event operators are responsible for obtaining permission from people photographed, including a parent or guardian where required for children. If you are an event guest with a privacy concern, contact the event organizer or Partylabs.
Google API data policy
Partylabs' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
