These terms apply to the Partylabs website, Partylabs AI, Boxlabs, galleries, and backup features. By using these services, you agree to these terms. If you use them for an organization, you must have authority to act for it.
Your account and content
Keep your login details secure and provide accurate account information. You retain your rights in content you submit and give Partylabs permission to process, store, and transfer it to provide the features you request. Obtain the necessary rights and consent for photos, guest data, and other uploads. Do not upload unlawful content, violate others' rights, misuse accounts, or interfere with the service.
Plans and payments
Prices, included features, credits, and subscription periods are shown with the offer or at checkout. Review them before purchasing. Contact Partylabs about billing errors, cancellations, or refund requests; your applicable consumer rights remain in effect.
Backups and connected services
Google Drive backup is optional and starts when you request it. It includes available cloud media, not files stored only on your booth computer. Your Google account, storage quota, and permissions must remain available. Check the final backup status and files, and keep an independent copy of important content. Google and other connected services have their own terms. Disconnecting Drive does not delete files already copied there.
Availability and responsibility
Services may be interrupted by maintenance, connectivity, or third-party failures. AI results can vary and should be reviewed before use. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or any particular output. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Partylabs is not liable for indirect losses or lost profits. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Suspension and applicable law
We may restrict access to address abuse, security risks, or violations of these terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion. Indonesian law applies, subject to mandatory protections that apply to you. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern.
